Culinary Chefs at Wittus – Fire by Design

Wittus – Fire by Design had the honor of cooking with CIA chefs and teachers extraordinaire Shanna Horder O’Hea & Brian O’Hea at our showroom in Pound Ridge, NY on Saturday November 16th, 2024. Brian, Niels, and Shanna shown above.

The place was filled with great smells and hungry people. n the sampling menu was a tasty Fall vegetable chicken stew with seasoned rice, cheddar jalapeno biscuits, and shrimp scampi all prepared on the Domino 8 wood burning stove from de Manincor of Italy. They also grilled a pork tenderloin. So delicious!!

A delightful event that brought good food and good friends together in one room for a great reason.
